Providing financial support for pet owners
during times of medical crisis.
It’s with great excitement that we have created a
non-profit fund with Paisley Paws Charitable Veterinary Foundation with a goal to provide financial support for pet owners during times of medical
crisis. Paisley Paws is our non-profit fund that allows us to raise money to assist our patienfs families who cannot afford life saving veterinary care.
Starting At Zero
Funds raised within our hospital go directly to assist in life saving or life enhancing treatments. All funds raised for Mt. McKinley, stay within Mt. McKinley. Our hope is to grow our Paisley Paws Life Saving Fund at Mt. McKinley so that we can provide financial assistance to our clients when their pets have an unexpected veterinary emergency. We are starting from zero and it will l take some time for us to build our fund, but we hope that it won’t take long before we can offer our clients some financial relief in times of crisis.
Eligible Pets
A pet candidate would be a patient that receives routine wellness care at Mt. McKinley Animal Hospital (this includes yearly wellness appointments). Patients seeking medical care must have a positive prognosis for a return to a good quality of life. These are emergency medical situations. The goal of the fund is to support families that would otherwise have to euthanize or surrender their pets due to finances. Paisley Paws funds treatments only. It does not fund initial exams, spays, neuters, primary care, preventative care, or euthanasia. Not all eligable candidates will be approved for a Paisley Paws fund contribution for their medical care.
